  1. Personal Information. This online privacy notice discloses AMC’s information practices for the Site, including what type of personal identifiable information is requested in order to make a purchase, how the information is used, and with whom the information is shared. 

  2. Anonymous Site Visits. In general, you can visit the Site without disclosing any personal information. AMC does not actively keep track of the domains from which people visit us. 

  3. Site Transactions. At times, AMC will need personal information regarding a customer or a prospect. For example, to process an order, AMC may need to know a customer's name, mailing address, email address and credit card details. It is AMC’s intent to inform you now before AMC collects personal information, such as user's name and/or address on the Internet. If you tell us that you do not wish to have this information used as a basis for further contact with you, AMC will respect your wishes.

  4. THE USE OF THIS SITE IS IN NO WAY INTENDED TO, NOR DOES IT, CREATE A MENTAL HEALTH OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN YOU AND US. ANY SUCH PROFESSIONAL/CLIENT RELATIONSHIP WILL BE SUBJECT TO YOUR INDIVIDUAL CLIENT AGREEMENT, IF APPLICABLE.   1. Protected Health information

  1. All mental health, medical, or protected health information (PHI) information we collect remains subject to applicable state and federal laws, rules, regulations, and ethical guidelines, including but not limited to HIPAA and HITECH. We abide by all such applicable laws.

  1. Personal Information That May Be Collected.

  1. Identifying Information. In order to make a purchase or to access certain areas within the Site, AMC will request a user to provide certain personal identifying information, which may include your legal name, postal address, email address, a screen name, password, telephone number, method of payment, and, if applicable, credit card number. AMC may request additional information necessary to establish and maintain customer accounts. The type of information we collect from you will depend on the manner in which you use the Site and our services, and the amount and scope of information you choose to provide to us. You acknowledge and agree your personal information may be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of AMC and to any authorized third parties, including but not limited to GoDaddy, Kajabi, Venmo, Quickbooks, Stripe, PayPal, and our other advertising, storage, digital, billing, payment and management partners, as applies from time-to-time. Each of these third-party providers maintains its own privacy policy and terms of service. We do not control and are not responsible for those privacy policies or terms of service.   2. Service Quality Monitoring. Some Site transactions may require a customer to telephone AMC, or AMC to call the customer. AMC will generally only contact you by telephone with your consent, except to confirm an order placed online or to inform a customer of the status of such order. 

  3. Information from Children. ​AMC does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16 without permission and does not knowingly collect any personal information from persons under 13. If you are under the age of 16, please do not submit any personal information through the Site, or our services without first providing us permission. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide personal information on the Site without their permission. If you are a minor under the age of 16, or a parent or legal guardian and have reason to believe a child under the age of 16 has provided us personal information without consent, or a child under 13 has provided us any personal information through the Site or our services, please contact us at the information above and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.

  4. Lost or Stolen Information. If a customer's credit card or password is lost or stolen, the customer should promptly notify AMC in order to enable AMC to cancel the lost or stolen information and to update its records with changed information.

  5. Links to Other Websites. The Site may contain links to other websites. AMC is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those other websites. Please refer to those websites and their governing privacy practices for more information.


  1. Uses Made of the Information.

  1. Limited Uses Identified. Without customer's prior consent, AMC will not use your personal identifiable information for any purpose other than that for which it is submitted. AMC uses personal identifiable information to reply to inquiries, handle complaints, provide operational notices, and in program record-keeping. AMC also processes billing and business requests related to Site participation.

  2. Marketing Uses. Unless customer opts out by contacting us at the above information, AMC reserves the right to provide customer with information about AMC’s Site, AMC-affiliated products and services, and related information in which customer has indicated an interest.

  3. Stored Information Uses. AMC stores and retains information provided by customers. We generally maintain such information for as long as reasonably necessary to perform the conduct detailed in this Privacy Policy, and retention periods for certain customers or users will vary depending on their interaction with AMC. AMC and its affiliates may use this information to compile a customer's purchase history in order to enable AMC to recommend products, services, or special offers that would be of interest to a customer, to support customer interaction with the Site, to deliver customer purchases, and to contact customer about other AMC services and products.


  1. Disclosure of the Information.

  1. Within AMC. AMC may share your personal information within its organization.

  2. Mergers and Acquisitions. Circumstances may arise where for business reasons, AMC decides to sell, buy, merge or otherwise reorganize its businesses. Such a transaction may involve the disclosure of personal identifying information to prospective or actual purchasers or receiving such information from sellers. It is AMC’s practice to seek appropriate protection for information in these types of transactions.

  3. Agents. AMC employs or engages other companies and individuals to perform business functions on behalf of AMC. These persons are provided with personal identifying information required to perform their functions but are prohibited by contract from using the information for other purposes. These persons engage in a variety of functions which include, but are not limited to, fulfilling orders, delivering packages, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments, and providing customer services.

  4. Affiliated Businesses. AMC may work closely with affiliated businesses operating website stores and providing services or selling products on each other's websites. These businesses identify themselves to customers. Customer information related to a transaction with an affiliated business is shared with that affiliated business.

  5. Marketing Analysis by Third Parties. We may use third-party web analytics services (such as those of Squarespace) to collect and analyze usage information through cookies and similar tools; engage in auditing, research, or reporting; assist with fraud prevention; try to locate the same unique users across multiple browsers or devices to better tailor services and features; and provide certain features to Site users and customers. Any information disclosed will be in the form of aggregate data that does not describe or identify an individual customer. 

  6. Disclosure to Governmental Authorities. Under certain circumstances, personal information may be subject to disclosure pursuant to a judicial or other government subpoenas, warrants or orders.


  1. Use of Computer Tracking Technologies.

  1. No Tracking of Personal Information. AMC’s Site is not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information not entered by visitors. Through website access logs and third party affiliates AMC does collect clickstream data and HTTP protocol elements, which generate certain kinds of non-identifying site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to our Site. This information is used for internal purposes for research and development, user analysis, and business decision making, all of which allows us to provide a better Site and better services. The statistics garnered, which contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information, may also be provided to third parties.

  2. Use of Cookies. AMC, or its third party vendors, collects non-identifiable and personal information through the use of various technologies, including "cookies". A cookie is an alphanumeric identifier that a website can transfer to customer's hard drive through customer's browser. The cookie is then stored on customer's computer as an anonymous tag that identifies the customer's computer, but not the customer. Cookies may be sent by AMC or its third party vendors. Customer can set its browser to notify customer before a cookie is received, giving an opportunity to decide whether to accept the cookie. Customer may also set its browser to turn off cookies; however, some websites may not then work properly. Your Online Choices  

We neither have access to, nor does this Privacy Policy relate to, the use of cookies or other tracking technologies that may be placed on the device you use to access the Site or our services by non-affiliated third-party advertising network services. We are not responsible for any choices you make using these mechanisms or the continued availability or accuracy of these mechanisms. For a current list of the third-party company services we utilize that may or may not collect your browsing activities, please contact our “Data Protection Officer,” at the above contact information.

  1. Use of Web Beacon Technologies. AMC may also use Web beacon or other technologies to better tailor its Site to provide better customer service. If these technologies are in use, when a visitor accesses these pages of the Site, a non-identifiable notice of that visit is generated which may be processed by AMC or by its suppliers. Web beacons usually work in conjunction with cookies. If customer does not want cookie information to be associated with customer's visits to these pages, customer can set its browser to turn off cookies; however, Web beacon and other technologies will still detect visits to these pages, but the notices they generate cannot be associated with other non-identifiable cookie information and are disregarded.

  2. Collection of Non-Identifiable Information. AMC may collect non-identifiable information from user visits to the Site in order to provide better customer service. Examples of such collecting include traffic analysis, such as tracking of the domains from which users visit or tracking numbers of visitors; measuring visitor activity on the Site; Site and system administration; user analysis; and business decision making. Such information is sometimes known as "clickstream data." AMC or its contractors may use this data to analyze trends and statistics.

  3. Collection of Personal Information. AMC collects personal identifying information from customer during a transaction. AMC may extract some personally identifying information about that transaction in a non-identifiable format and combine it with other non-identifiable information, such as clickstream data. This information is used and analyzed only at an aggregate level (not at an individual level) to help AMC understand trends and patterns. This information is not reviewed at an individual level.

  4. Notice Concerning Do Not Track. “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. We are committed to providing you with meaningful choices about the information collected on our Site for third-party purposes. We therefore provide a variety of opt-out mechanisms listed herein.   1. Information Security.

  1. Commitment to Online Security. AMC employs physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard the security and integrity of personal information. Billing and payment data is encrypted whenever transmitted or received online. Personal information is accessible only by staff designated to handle online requests or complaints. 

  2. No Liability for Acts of Third Parties. AMC will exercise all reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of customer personal information. However, transmissions protected by industry standard security technology and implemented by human beings cannot be made absolutely secure. Consequently, AMC shall not be liable for unauthorized disclosure of personal information due to no fault of AMC including, but not limited to, errors in transmission and unauthorized acts of AMC staff or third parties.


  1. Privacy Policy Changes and Opt-Out Rights.

  1. Changes to Privacy Policy. AMC reserves the right to change its Privacy Policy at any time and without prior notice to you. Please review this policy periodically and especially before you provide any personal information. This Privacy Policy was last updated on the date indicated at the top of it. Your continued use of the Site and our services after any changes or revisions to this Privacy Policy indicates and constitutes your agreement with the terms of such revised Privacy Policy.

  2. Opt-Out Right. You have the right at any time to cease permitting personal information to be collected, used or disclosed by AMC or by any third parties with whom AMC has shared or transferred such personal information. Right of cancellation may be exercised by contacting AMC via the contact information above. After processing the cancellation, AMC will delete customer or prospective customer's personal information from its database.


  1. Access Rights to Data.

  1. Information Maintained by AMC. Upon customer's request, AMC will provide a reasonable description of customer's personally identifiable information that AMC maintains in its data bank.

  2. Corrections and Changes to Personal Information. Please help AMC keep customer personal information accurate. If customer's personal information changes, or if customer notes an error upon review of customer information that AMC has on file, please promptly notify us at the above contact information and provide the new or correct information.


  1. Your Choices

  1. Your Choices, Generally. You may instruct us not to use your contact information to contact you by email, mail, or phone regarding products, services, promotions, and special events that might appeal to your interests by contacting us using the information above. In commercial email messages, you can also opt out by following the instructions located at the bottom of each email. Please note, regardless of your request, We may still use and share certain information as permitted by this Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law. For example, you may not opt out of certain operational emails, such as those reflecting our relationship or transactions with you.

  2. Privacy Information for California, Virginia, Colorado, and Certain Other State Residents. Certain laws and regulations of these states, applying to residents of them, have additional, specific requirements regarding how we collect, use, and share your personal information (including as that term is currently defined in and governed under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) and the California Privacy Regulation Act (“CPRA”)).


  1. Categories of personal information we collect. Throughout this Policy, we discuss in detail the specific pieces of personal information we collect from and about our Site users. Under certain state regulations, we are also required to provide you with the categories of personal information we collect. The categories we collect are: identifiers (such as name, age or date of birth, postal address, email address, passwords, screen names, and account names); commercial information (such as transaction data); financial data (such as credit card information); internet or other network or device activity (e.g., IP address or app usage); geolocation information; and inference data about you (e.g., the products and services you might be interested in based on other products and services you use).

How we use and share these categories of personal information. We use and share the categories of personal information we collect from and about you consistent with the various business purposes we discuss throughout this Privacy Policy. Please note certain state regulations including the CCPA and CPRA set forth certain obligations for businesses that sell personal information to third parties. We do not engage in such activity and have not engaged in such activity in the past twelve months.

  3. Your California Privacy Rights. If you are a California resident, state law allows you to make certain requests about your personal information. Specifically, you may request us to:

  • Inform you about the categories of personal information we collect or disclose about you; the categories of sources of such information; the business or commercial purpose for collecting your personal information; and the categories of third parties with whom we share or disclose personal information.

  • Provide access to or a copy of certain information we hold about you.

  • Delete certain information we have about you.

  • Request that we not share or sell your personal information, or that we otherwise restrict disclosure of your sensitive personal information.

  • Correct your inaccurate personal information.

  • Request we limit our use of your sensitive personal information, including precise geolocation and private communications. 

Please note that certain information may be exempt from such requests under applicable state laws. For example, we need certain information in order to provide the Services to you. We also will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding to a request. 


  1. Right to Non-Discrimination. Under certain state regulations, you have the right to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. In regard to and as a result of such exercise, we may not:

  • deny you goods or services that we would not otherwise;

  • charge you different prices for services, whether through denying benefits or imposing penalties;

  • provide you with a different level or quality of services; or

  • threaten you with any of the above.

  1. Shine the Light Disclosure. The California “Shine the Light” law gives residents of California the right under certain circumstances to request information from us regarding the manner in which we share certain categories of personal information (as defined in the Shine the Light law) with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

  2. Retention of Personal information. We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise required by law. For example, We keep your account profile information for as long as you keep your Site account, but we may keep other information longer to comply with legal obligations. We do not retain personal information for any length of time longer than reasonably necessary for the purposes detailed in this Privacy Policy. 


  1. Exclusions.

  1. This Privacy Policy only applies to personal data we collect through our Site. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any unsolicited information you provide to us. All unsolicited information is deemed to be non-confidential, and we are free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute such information to others without royalty, limitation, or attribution.
