We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Mental Health Therapist (Licensed) to join our team and contribute to the holistic care of neurodiverse individuals. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative setting with a diverse group of professionals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual therapy to neurodiverse clients (children, adolescents, and adults) with a focus on evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

  • Develop treatment plans that are client-centered and tailored to the unique needs of neurodiverse individuals.

  • Collaborate with other clinicians, parents, schools, and community resources to ensure comprehensive care.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and client progress.

  • Stay current with best practices, research, and new treatment modalities for neurodiverse populations.

  • Participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and clinical supervision.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

  • Active state licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist, or similar).

  • Experience working with neurodiverse clients (ASD, ADHD, learning differences, etc.) a plus. 

  • Proficiency in individual and family therapy, with a strength in building rapport and understanding neurodiversity.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Commitment to cultural humility and diversity.

  • Ability to maintain a flexible, client-centered approach to therapy.

  • Experience with CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based modalities is a plus.
