I am a Licensed Social Worker and mental health therapist. In my work, I focus on supporting children, teens, and families—especially those navigating neurodivergence, developmental differences, or challenging life transitions. With a background in early childhood education, ABA therapy, and clinical mental health care, I value the uniqueness of every individual and the strengths they bring into the therapy space.
Having spent several years working closely with autistic children and individuals with developmental delays, I’ve learned how important compassion, patience, and individualized care truly are. I believe that each person processes the world differently, and honoring those differences is essential to meaningful therapeutic growth. I also understand the impact that neurodiversity can have on family systems, and I am passionate about helping parents, siblings, and caregivers feel supported, informed, and empowered.
My goal as a therapist is to provide a warm, collaborative, and safe environment where clients can explore their challenges and successes at their own pace. I tailor therapy to each client’s needs—whether we are building new coping skills, strengthening emotional awareness, improving communication, or creating space to heal from past experiences. No concern is too big or too small; if it matters to you or your child, it matters in therapy.
