My name is Kayley, and I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate (MFTC) with a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Syracuse University. My background includes working with children, adolescents, individuals, couples, and families across a variety of mental health settings. I have experience supporting individuals with behavioral and emotional challenges, navigating mental health concerns, and accessing the care and resources they need.
I take a relational and collaborative approach to therapy, recognizing that each individual and family has unique strengths, experiences, and needs. My clinical experience includes working with children with developmental disabilities, supporting emotional regulation, and helping individuals navigate anxiety and other mental health challenges. I value creating a supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.
I believe that meaningful therapeutic work begins with building trust and understanding. My goal is to meet clients where they are, foster a sense of safety and connection, and support them in developing skills that align with their individual needs. I strive to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where individuals and families can explore challenges, build on their strengths, and work toward meaningful growth.
