Jourdan Miller, MFTC

My name is Jourdan Miller, and I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate. I work primarily with adults and couples, supporting individuals and relationships as they explore patterns, deepen understanding, and create change that feels meaningful and sustainable. I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, grounded in real life, and tailored to who you are—not who you’re “supposed” to be.

I am passionate about providing neurodiversity-affirming care, honoring the unique ways each person experiences, processes, and engages with the world. I approach therapy from a strengths-based perspective, recognizing that differences in thinking, communication, and relating are not deficits, but meaningful parts of identity and relationship dynamics. Whether working with neurodivergent individuals, mixed-neurotype couples, or those seeking greater self-understanding, my goal is to create a space where you feel respected, understood, and supported.

In our work together, we reflect on lived experiences, identify relational and emotional patterns, and practice tools that align with your values and daily life. I strive to offer a warm, encouraging, and curious environment where insight and skill-building can translate beyond the therapy room. Whether you are seeking clarity, stronger connection, or direction during a life transition, I walk alongside you as you navigate challenges and move toward growth that feels authentic, grounded, and lasting.
