Catherine Sanchez, LCSW

I'm Catherine (Catt) and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from the University of Denver. My background includes extensive work with children, adolescents, and families in inpatient, outpatient, and community-based settings. I provide individual and group therapy, as well as family therapy and caregiver support for those caring for neurodiverse children. My approach integrates evidence-based practices while always being grounded in trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and culturally responsive care.

I believe that healing begins with relationships and collaboration. My work focuses on empowering individuals and families to recognize their innate resilience, develop effective coping skills, and foster strength. I enjoy supporting adults and caregivers as much as the children themselves, helping families improve communition and navigate challenges together. I have dedicated the course of my graduate studies and clinical experience to developing a deeper understanding of evidence based interventions that benefit neurodiverse individuals and families, and my aim is to create a safe, inclusive space where the client can be their full self. Whether navigating difficult life transitions, managing anxiety or depression, or healing from trauma, empathy, authenticity, and respect are provided. My passion lies in walking alongside clients to help them discover hope, healing, and growth.
